Advertising Placement Agreement

A sponsored placement buys a position for the dates you book, not a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, enquiries or a sale. Rotation and ordering rules are described on the Advertise page.

Every placement is labelled Sponsored and does not change how listings are reviewed or labelled.

Payment reserves the placement but does not publish it; it goes live only after our approval. We may decline, pause or remove a placement that breaks the Marketplace Rules, or when the promoted aircraft is sold, paused or unavailable.

If we do not approve a placement, or the space is unavailable, we refund it in full. Once a placement has started it is not refundable, but you may ask to move a future start date before it begins. Included or complimentary placements carry no charge.

Pull-Up Aero is a listing, search and advertising platform operated by Grug Group LLC. We are not a party to any aircraft transaction and do not act as broker, escrow agent, inspector, lender or certifying authority.

You confirm that you own, or have every right and consent needed to upload and license, the photographs, videos, logos, brochures, documents and specifications you provide, and you grant Grug Group LLC a non-exclusive licence to host, format, display and promote them on Pull-Up Aero.

You are responsible for copyright, privacy, image releases and any third-party claim relating to material you upload. Disclose representative or materially altered images.

The owner, broker or authorised representative is responsible for authority to market each aircraft and for the accuracy, completeness and timely updating of its year, model, registration, serial number, price, availability, hours, maintenance, damage history, documents and any certification or operational claim, including fields drafted by AI. Correct or remove inaccurate information promptly.

Pull-Up Aero may review, flag, pause or remove content. Review and a Verified broker badge do not certify the aircraft, its title, media rights, specifications, airworthiness or availability. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence, independent inspection and legal and technical checks.

We issue a receipt for every paid placement and a $0 confirmation for included or complimentary ones, kept with this agreement under Plan & billing. Questions: sales@pullup-aero.com.

This agreement works together with the Terms of Use, Marketplace Rules, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice and Rules & Responsibilities.
