Terms of Use

Pull-Up provides listing, search, comparison, messaging, and decision-support tools. Grug Group LLC is not the buyer, seller, broker, escrow agent, inspector, insurer, lender, carrier, manufacturer, certifying authority, or legal representative in a transaction unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise.

Listings and messages are supplied by users. We may review or label content, but we do not guarantee an aircraft's identity, ownership, condition, airworthiness, certification, price, availability, title, export eligibility, or suitability for a mission.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account activity and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Business users confirm they are authorized to act for the organization they name.

Sellers must be authorized to market each aircraft or system and must keep listing information accurate, current, and supported by appropriate records. Seller-provided specifications, photographs, autonomy claims, maintenance information, and regulatory statements remain the seller's responsibility.

Uploading content gives Grug Group LLC a non-exclusive license to host, format, display, and promote it for operating Pull-Up. Sellers must own the content or have permission to use it.

Buyers must conduct independent due diligence, including identity and authority checks, title and lien searches, records review, pre-purchase inspection by qualified professionals, and verification of regulatory, tax, import, export, sanctions, and operational requirements.

Never rely on a listing, comparison, AI response, or platform label as a substitute for an aircraft purchase agreement, aviation attorney, licensed mechanic, inspector, escrow provider, regulator, or other qualified adviser.

AI features may translate mission descriptions into filters, summarize seller-provided information, identify possible matches, or draft communications. Output may be incomplete or wrong. It is not certification, airworthiness, legal, tax, financial, insurance, export-control, or operational advice.

Users must verify every material fact. Pull-Up will not infer approval for autonomous, BVLOS, commercial, passenger-carrying, defense, or other regulated operations from marketing material.

• False, deceptive, duplicated, stolen, unavailable, or unauthorized listings.
• Fraud, impersonation, payment diversion, phishing, scraping, spam, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
• Weapons, weaponized payloads, unlawful surveillance, controlled technical data, or transactions prohibited by sanctions or export-control laws.
• Malware, security interference, automated access that burdens the service, or reuse of marketplace data to build a competing database without permission.
• Claims of certification, verified condition, airworthiness, autonomy approval, performance, or ownership without adequate support.

We may request evidence, edit formatting, label, reject, suspend, or remove content or accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Review is risk reduction—not a guarantee. We may change or discontinue features and cannot promise uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull-Up is provided “as is” and “as available.” Grug Group LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user content, third-party services, transaction losses, aircraft condition, personal injury, property damage, regulatory outcomes, or decisions based on platform information.

Final limitations of liability, indemnification language, governing law, venue, arbitration or jury-waiver terms, and any class-action waiver must be approved by Grug Group LLC's attorney before launch.

We may update these terms prospectively and will post an updated effective date. Material changes should receive additional notice when legally required. Grug Group LLC must publish its legal notice address and monitored support email before these terms become effective.
