Seller and advertiser standards
Marketplace Rules
The minimum standards for listing aircraft, autonomous platforms, and UAV systems on Pull-Up.
Authorization and identity
Only an owner or an authorized seller, dealer, broker, or representative may publish a listing. Account, company, contact, registration, serial-number, and ownership information must be truthful. We may request evidence of authority and business identity.
One accurate listing per aircraft
Do not create duplicates, hide identifying facts to evade duplicate checks, advertise an aircraft that is not available, or use another party's photographs or specifications without permission. Mark aircraft promptly as pending, sold, leased, withdrawn, or unavailable.
Required disclosures
- Correct year, make, model, aircraft/platform type, location, and transaction type.
- Seller-supplied total time, engine and component times, maintenance status, damage history, configuration, and material limitations where applicable.
- Price only when genuinely offered by the seller; otherwise use “price on request.”
- Material image alterations, representative images, or information that is estimated rather than documented.
- Whether specifications have been independently checked or remain seller-provided.
Autonomous aircraft and UAV claims
Platform type and autonomy capability must be separate fields. A claim that an aircraft is autonomous, optionally piloted, BVLOS-capable, certified, approved, or legal for a particular operation requires precise supporting context. Hardware capability does not establish regulatory authority to operate.
Do not imply airworthiness, type certification, operational approval, export eligibility, detect-and-avoid approval, or passenger-carrying authority unless the statement is accurate, current, jurisdiction-specific, and supported.
Prohibited listings and content
Pull-Up is for civilian aviation. Military aircraft, military UAVs, weapons, weaponized payloads, stolen property, fraudulent offers, unlawful surveillance systems, sanctioned transactions, controlled data that may not lawfully be published, offensive content, malware, payment-diversion instructions, and claims designed to bypass review are not allowed.
Images and documents
Media must depict the listed item or be clearly labeled as representative. Remove personal information and sensitive records that should not be public. Do not upload classified, export-controlled, confidential, medical, financial-account, or unrelated personal data.
Review, freshness, and enforcement
Automated and human review may identify omissions, contradictions, scam patterns, or unsupported claims. Sellers must respond to evidence requests and reconfirm availability periodically. Pull-Up may label, limit, suspend, reject, or remove content and preserve records needed for security or disputes.
Communications and payments
Use marketplace contact tools for genuine transaction discussions. No scraping, lead resale, spam, impersonation, advance-fee fraud, gift cards, cryptocurrency pressure, overpayment-refund schemes, or requests to move immediately to unverifiable channels.
