Subscription Use Agreement

Your plan is billed in US dollars through PayPal at the price shown at checkout, monthly or annually, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

New customers pay their first period at checkout. Any bonus free time shown at checkout is added after that first paid period, before regular billing resumes.

You can cancel at any time from your account or from your PayPal automatic payments. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. If you cancel an annual plan, the month in use counts as used and we refund the remaining unused full months, without deducting fees, to your original payment method. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

A paid plan does not guarantee that a listing will be approved; a rejected listing is not by itself a reason for a refund, but you may edit and resubmit it.

Pull-Up Aero is a listing, search and advertising platform operated by Grug Group LLC. We are not a party to any aircraft transaction and do not act as broker, escrow agent, inspector, lender or certifying authority.

You confirm that you own, or have every right and consent needed to upload and license, the photographs, videos, logos, brochures, documents and specifications you provide, and you grant Grug Group LLC a non-exclusive licence to host, format, display and promote them on Pull-Up Aero.

You are responsible for copyright, privacy, image releases and any third-party claim relating to material you upload. Disclose representative or materially altered images.

The owner, broker or authorised representative is responsible for authority to market each aircraft and for the accuracy, completeness and timely updating of its year, model, registration, serial number, price, availability, hours, maintenance, damage history, documents and any certification or operational claim, including fields drafted by AI. Correct or remove inaccurate information promptly.

Pull-Up Aero may review, flag, pause or remove content. Review and a Verified broker badge do not certify the aircraft, its title, media rights, specifications, airworthiness or availability. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence, independent inspection and legal and technical checks.

We issue a receipt for every payment and keep it, with this agreement, in your account under Plan & billing. Questions: sales@pullup-aero.com.

This agreement works together with the Terms of Use, Marketplace Rules, Refund Policy, Privacy Notice and Rules & Responsibilities.
